Wellerson
Director/Project Manager
Wellerson commenced his career in the joinery industry in 2000 while residing in New York, USA. Five years later, upon returning to Brazil, he further developed his expertise by successfully operating his own business for over a decade.
For the past nine years, he has been based in Australia, where—after refining his experience within a local hi-end company—he co-founded Top Joinery. Over the past five years, the company has established a strong and respected presence in the market. In his role, he is dedicated to applying the depth of knowledge and experience gained throughout his career to consistently deliver outstanding results for his clients.
Fabio
Director/Factory Manager
Fabio Scabia began his career in the joinery industry in 2015, starting as an apprentice with leading high-end joinery firms in Sydney. During this time, he developed a comprehensive understanding of the trade, gaining hands-on experience across manufacturing, installation, and drafting. Driven by a commitment to excellence and continuous growth, Fabio advanced beyond his qualification as a tradesman to co-found Top Joinery. Since then, he has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results, defined by meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering dedication to superior craftsmanship. Today, Fabio leads with a passion for quality and innovation, ensuring every project reflects the highest standards of precision and design.
Lino
Architectural Designer/Drafter
Lino started his career in 2012 as a joinery drafter and progressed quickly while later completing an architecture degree in 2020. He has since worked on residential and commercial renovation projects, combining design knowledge with practical joinery experience. He enjoys producing detailed drawings, collaborating with his team, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication.
Vinni
Cabinet Maker
Vini has extensive experience in project execution and a strong focus on detail. After many years in the IT industry and relocating to Australia, he chose to transition into joinery, where he has spent the past three years developing and refining his skills. He is committed to delivering projects that exceed expectations, with a strong emphasis on producing “easy to install” solutions that streamline the next stage of installation. His approach supports efficient workflows and the delivery of high-end outcomes for clients.
Jonny
Machinist
Jony’s first role in Australia is within the joinery industry, where he aims to develop into a skilled cabinet maker. He appreciates the company’s high standards and positive workplace environment. As a young and energetic individual, he is focused on getting the job done efficiently and to a high standard, consistently delivering accurate components to support flawless project execution.
Bueno
Installer
Bueno has extensive experience in project management and is highly focused and driven. After spending many years in different industries, he chose to start afresh in a new field and, over the past three years, has been steadily developing and refining his skills within the joinery sector. He is committed to delivering high-end products to our clients
